This Privacy Policy applies to Fencer Analyzer (the “Service”), provided by Fang Digital Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
It covers information entered, created, imported, processed, or stored through the Service. It does not apply to third-party websites or services.
Information Collection and Use
We do not collect or store any data through the app, including personal data, non-personal data, usage data, analytics data, diagnostic data, or device identifiers.
The Service does not upload user information or app content to our servers.
Information Stored on Your Device
Information entered, imported, recorded, or created in the Service is stored locally on the user’s device.
Videos exported to the device’s media library are managed separately and remain there until the user deletes them.
iCloud
If the user enables iCloud, eligible information may be stored in the user’s private Apple/iCloud account.
This occurs at the user’s request and is managed by Apple under Apple’s applicable terms and privacy policy. We do not receive or have access to that information.
Device Permissions
The Service may request access to:
- Camera and Microphone: To record videos, capture profile images, include audio, and support on-device motion analysis.
- Photos: To import user-selected media and save recordings, merged videos, or exported highlights.
These permissions are used only to provide features requested by the user. Information is processed locally and is not transmitted to us.
Users can change or revoke these permissions at any time in the device’s system settings.
Data Use and Sharing
Because we do not collect app data, we do not use, sell, disclose, or share app data with third parties.
Third-Party Links & Use of Your Information
The Service may allow users to open commonly used websites. Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by us.
This Privacy Policy does not address the privacy policies or other practices of any third parties, including any third party operating any website or service that may be accessible through a link in the Service.
We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
Data Retention and Deletion
We do not retain app data.
Information stored locally remains on the user’s device until the user deletes it or removes the app. Media exported to the device’s media library must be deleted separately from the media library.
Information stored through iCloud is managed through the user’s Apple/iCloud account.
Children’s Privacy
The Service does not collect personal data or other data from any user, including children.
Security
The Service minimizes privacy risk by keeping information on the user’s device or in the user’s private iCloud account.
We do not operate a server-side database containing Service user information. Users should protect their devices and Apple accounts using the security features provided by Apple.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy without any prior notice to you.
Any update will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
